To support the Head of Health and Safety in the provision of expert support, advice, training and leadership on all aspects of health and safety and support the identification, management, reporting, investigation and learning from health and safety risks and incidents.
To work to the Health and Safety Management framework in the Health and Safety Executive Guidance HS(G) 65 and The Health and Safety at Work Etc Act 1974 and associated legislation and regulation. Ensure that the Trust meets the requirements of the CQC Fundamental Standards of Care in relation to Health and Safety.
