Credit Controller - Loughborough

Contract Type: Temporary

This is a key role in supporting cash flow and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries
• Producing regular aged debt reports and assisting with month-end reporting
• Working closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activity

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of accounting software and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy

This is a temporary role and you must be available to start at short notice.
