Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those facing homelessness? Our client, a charity organisation based in Westminster, is seeking a Temporary Immigration Administrator to join their team! ?- Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

What you'll be doing as a Temporary Immigration Administrator:
- Provide a warm and supportive welcome to clients seeking immigration support ?
- Conduct regular telephone triage service to prioritise clients in need of immediate assistance ☎️
- Be the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including partner organisations, Home Office, and the courts ?
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, liaising with colleagues when necessary ?
- Organise appointments with the Home Office on behalf of clients ?
- Schedule client appointments at our centre ?
- Offer legal administrative support to the dedicated caseworkers within the team ?
- Collaborate with the lead caseworker to manage client's cases, including communication and follow-up bookings ?
- Efficiently manage case files, ensuring proper closure and archiving ?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong commitment to the mission, values, and behaviours of the organisation, exemplifying them in your work ??
- Previous experience providing administrative support to a busy service team, ideally in a legal setting ?
- Ability to handle public-facing roles, confidently assisting clients in person, over the phone, and via email ?✉️
