Key Responsibilities for the UPS Maintenance Engineer job based in Leicestershire :
Diagnose and repair UPS systems, inverters, and IGBT-based power devices.Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify issues and provide effective repair solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance and software updates on UPS units and associated systems.
Install, commission, and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal operation.
Document maintenance activities, parts used, and generate service reports to ensure compliance.
Provide technical support and consultation to clients both on-site and remotely.
Qualifications and Experience Required for this UPS Maintenance Engineer job based in Leicestershire:
Proven experience with UPS systems, inverters, and IGBT-based power devices.Familiarity with electrical installations, maintenance techniques, and fault troubleshooting.
City and Guilds/ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent technical certification or degree is advantageous.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and maintenance software.
