New passes and LTD accepted.
Job Spec:
Store Deliveries on Boxed trailers
Loading & Unloading pallets using electric pump truck
1 hour induction required- day buddy training - paid at shift rate (1.5 days paid after first week, remainder 1.5 days paid at 6 weeks point for retention)
Start Times:
PM Shifts
Maximum 12hrs shifts
15:00pm - 18:00pm
Pay Rates:
LTD Weekdays : £185LTD Weekends : £195
PAYE Weekdays : £145 - £162.50
PAYE Weekends : £155 - £173.71
Incentives- Use of canteen all meals are £1 and snacks around 20p
- If they do 3 stores on a shift they get £50 bonus
- infringement bonus & Eco Bonus up to £2 per shift
- Option to go Temp to Perm 12 weeks
What the HGV Class 1 driver can expect:
Weekly Pay
Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours- hour assistance night operation team
- A full Class 1 HGV Licence
- A valid Drivers CPC Card
- A digital tachograph card
- A full understanding of WTD legislation
- Reliable and excellent time keeping
- Flexible with start times & working days
