Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers, independent sales partners, and distributors. This role involves handling inquiries regarding product orders, account management, and general customer service concerns.The successful candidate will maintain a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Promptly and accurately execute transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process order entries, account openings, returns, and commission-related requests.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, promotions, and business opportunities.
- Support independent sales partners by guiding them through company policies and helping them grow their businesses.
- Recognize service or product referral opportunities to enhance customer experience and business expansion.
- Assist other departments with customer-related tasks and projects as needed.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of five GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Math and English.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role or equivalent skills.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Experience in a customer-focused, phone-based environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum six months of experience using online platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Bulgarian is a plus but not essential
Preferred (if applicable):
- Experience in the health, beauty, or network marketing industry.
