The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll report directly to the Directors, taking a pivotal role in delivering and managing large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. • Acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent on prestigious projects.

• MRICS ideally or working towards
• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• 3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
• Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
• Pre and post contract experience
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence (MUST)

• £55,000 - £65,000
• £4,000 Car allowance
• Discretionary bonus - up to 20% of your salary
