An esteemed and award-winning SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Maths Teacher to join their permanent staff from April 2025 or sooner. The Role:

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and tailored Maths lessons, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. Working within a collaborative and nurturing environment, the SEN Maths Teacher will contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

  • UK classroom experience (essential)
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum adapted for diverse learning needs
  • Ability to create differentiated lesson plans and employ varied teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
