The Role:
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and tailored Maths lessons, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. Working within a collaborative and nurturing environment, the SEN Maths Teacher will contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
Requirements:
- UK classroom experience (essential)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum adapted for diverse learning needs
- Ability to create differentiated lesson plans and employ varied teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching
- Commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students
