A Ward Clerk on EAU2 is a fast-paced and challenging role duties include the following:

Working with a large friendly team to ensure that patients are safely, admitted, transferred and discharged accurately.

Answering the phone from different departments, members of the multi disciplinary team and relatives of patients on the Unit, providing a professional response at all times.

Having good knowledge of the various admin systems that are in use within the Trust (Training will be provided.)

Assists with ordering various supplies for the Unit

Responsible for self, allocated workload and time management.

Directly managed by the Ward Manager and accountable to the Unit Managers and work closely with the manage to create positive outcome
