Within this Family Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Working on a broad spectrum of privately funded Family matters including divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, cohabitee disputes and pre and post nuptial agreementsLiaising face-to-face with clients and third parties
Creating and maintaining a network of clients
Advocacy work
Business Development and marketing initiatives
Legal research
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Family law, are well organised, can work well as part of a close-knit team and are wanting to establish themselves at a respected legal practice, for the long-term.
