Your Responsibilities:
As a PCNC Setter/Operator, your key duties will include:
- Operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts at scale
- Conducting quality checks using advanced measuring tools
- Following health and safety procedures diligently
- Collaborating with your team to innovate and improve processes
- Participating in training to enhance your own and your team's expertise
What You Bring:
We are looking for candidates with the following:
Essential:
- Knowledge of machine tools and metric dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent near vision
- Ability to work with precise measurements within +/- 5 microns
- A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
Desirable:
- Previous experience in machining or a similar role (advantageous, but full training is provided)

Please note: This is a day shift position with a 6 - 6 shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts. The first week consists of 5 nights, followed by 2 nights in the second week.
