As a Tori's Applications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare staffing applications.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and design user-friendly applications for healthcare staffing purposes.
- Develop and maintain applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Conduct regular testing to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application development process.
- Monitor and analyze application performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications meet their needs and expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve the functionality and efficiency of our applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing any application-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application development and maintenance within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
