- The role of Facilities Manager is to manage 4 properties delivering PPMs, Reactive and additional works via internal engineers and supply chain contractors. Fundamentally compliance delivery on each of the buildings
- Ability to demonstrate experience in FM Contract Management. Familiarity with operating in a professional, competent, and safe manner, on a continuous basis and in line with contractual policies and procedures
