Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be working on behalf of a excellent financial services business and will be forefront of the organisation for clients handling a variety of enquiries which come into the department.
You will be chasing up documentation and inputting data onto the system and general administrative tasks.
The role will be mainly telephone based handling incoming calls providing support for the various teams and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
A confident telephone manner and able to build excellent working relationships
Proven experience of working towards targets and in a volume environment
An excellent team player
