We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Higher Level Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent, nurturing support to neurodivergent pupils, as well as those experiencing anxiety or behavioural challenges. The successful candidate will be confident in using a range of strategies to help pupils regulate, engage and thrive in their learning.
