Credit Specialties is a division within Atradius that offers non-cancellable and comprehensive credit insurance to corporates and banks across a multitude of sectors and regions worldwide. You will be evaluating different transactions on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they pose an acceptable risk profile and align with departmental risk appetite.In addition to our case-by-case workflow, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of risks for some of our key customers.
This will involve developing a relationship with our commercial unit and clients/brokers while managing expectations on both sides.Given the nature of our business, we are looking for someone who has an interest in geopolitical developments and preferably has a reasonable grasp of macroeconomics.You will have the opportunity to attend industry talks and broker conferences, as well as receive financial analysis training, ensuring there is development within the role. While it is not essential you come from a financial background, a basic understanding of financial statement analysis would be considered favorably.Candidates should be aware that the position would involve travel, including potentially overseas, and therefore a flexible approach to working hours is essential.We are looking for someone who preferably has:A bachelors or masters degree with a significant analytical component.
