Description We are now recruiting for an Operational Risk Manager to join our team on permanent basis based out of either our Dublin, London or Nottingham office.Reporting to the Head of Risk & Resilience, this role will have full oversight of the business/s compliance within its Operational Risk and Quality Assurance Frameworks.

Reporting on business adherence and ensuring appropriate frameworks and KPIs are in place to measure as well as to Monitor and escalate risks relating to breaches of process coming out of Quality Assurance Reports.Essential functions of this role will include but are not limited to:Provide adequate oversight of operational risk in the first line, to ensure operational risk is appropriately identified and mitigated, ensuring it remains within risk appetiteHelp build and maintain an effective operational risk management approach, policies and procedures, and ongoing development.Support the development and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework and supporting processes across ASL & AIU leading a risk based approach.Produce high quality reports for the Executive Management Team, Risk Committee and Board of Directors.Leading RCSAs renewal and ongoing risk changes.To be successful in this role you will need to have an advanced understanding of operational risk within Insurance or wider financial services.
