About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller to take charge of the entire credit control process, ensuring efficient management across multiple brands.

• Oversee credit control processes and identify improvements.
• Manage customer payments, direct debit collections, and issue client statements.
• Handle disputes, negotiate settlements, and manage difficult accounts.
• Provide monthly reports on aged debtors and minimise bad debt risks.

• At least 2 years' experience in credit control and accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
