- Rate: £460 per day inside IR35 via umbrella

Job Overview
We are looking for a Regeneration & Leasehold Acquisitions Officer to support the delivery of estate regeneration projects in Hillingdon. This role involves liaising with leaseholders, managing property acquisitions, coordinating estate audits, and supporting development and decommissioning processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on housing regeneration and development projects, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of compulsory purchase processes.
Key Responsibilities
Leasehold Interests & Acquisitions- Engage with leaseholders regarding property buyouts and relocation.
- Respond to inquiries related to leasehold interests and occupation.
- Support leasehold acquisitions to meet Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) deadlines.
- Coordinate inspections, key returns, meter readings, and site security during buyouts.
- Assist with removal arrangements and processing disturbance payments.
- Help develop guidance documents for new shared equity purchases.
- Conduct data audits to ensure residents are allocated homes ahead of demolition/redevelopment.
- Cross-check housing master schedules and update records for accuracy.
- Support estate feasibility studies, assessing tenure, management risks, and project viability.
- Audit resident relocations, Right to Return commitments, and project close-out compliance.
- Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist in coordinating the decommissioning of vacated properties for redevelopment.
- Work with utility companies and developers to manage meter removals.
- Maintain a tracker of meter readings and site information.
- Support consultations on estate regeneration and new housing developments.
- Conduct community surveys to assess resident needs.
- Assist in developing handover and aftercare procedures for new homes.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in housing regeneration and development projects
- Knowledge of Compulsory Purchase legislation and property acquisition processes.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing resident communications and stakeholder engagement
- Local Government or Housing Association experience
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A-Level education or equivalent experience .
- Experience conducting housing feasibility studies and estate audits.
- Familiarity with funding, consultation, and financial modelling for new developments.
- Work on high-impact estate regeneration and housing development projects.
