Residential Conveyancer – Sutton Coldfield

It offers full wrap-around support allowing the Conveyancer to focus on the main part of the transaction without being bogged down in the administrative and post-completion tasks typically involved with the standard Conveyancing roles.
On top of this the firm's employees only work their contracted hours, with the office being closed shortly after 5pm, so genuine work life balance is on offer!
Due to continued growth and expansion, it is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least three years’ experience to join its Sutton Coldfield office.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of sales, purchase and remortgage matters independently whilst working alongside a highly experienced Property Solicitor
- Engaging with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Support available for new business quotes, file openings and post-completion work – your focus will be on the main part of the transaction
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in Conveyancing as a Fee Earner
- Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paper light environment
- Ability to manage files from instruction to completion
- Open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced non-qualified fee earners
