Catering Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Catering Assistant in Livingston, EH54.
Your pay rate as a full time Catering Assistant:
You will be paid £11.50 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time Catering Assistant:
You will be working Monday to Friday 07:00am until 15:00pm or 10:30am until 1830pm with occasional weekends during peak periods
Your role as a Catering Assistant:
- Preparing food
- Work collaboratively with other team members and managers
- Work independently with minimal oversight and complete task with honesty and integrity
- Ensure food and other products are consistently prepared and served according to the kitchen process, recipes, portioning, and cooking
- Ensure food safety cleanliness and sanitation standard followed
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Must hold Food Safety level 3 or above
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience assisting in the kitchen
- Great knowledge about food health and safety regulations
- Able to stand for an extended period
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High level of professionalism
- Expert in quantity cooking
