St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an energetic, confident and enthusiastic individual to join St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School in providing administrative support within a busy school office.St Anthony’s is a successful two-form entry school in East Dulwich. Situated close to Lordship Lane, with excellent public transport links, we are a well-established and vibrant school in a beautiful building with delightful children and supportive staff.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
- Support the Catholic ethos of our School
- General administration
- Administration of the wrap around care provisions- maintaining registers, waiting list and payment records.
- Provide First Aid support for pupils
- Provide cover for other members of office staff as required
- Update the school website and social media.
- Act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders.
Essential skills:
- Articulate, confident and welcoming
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative
- Computer literate in Office365 applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed and enthusiastic
- Minimum of five GCSEs grade C/5 or above, including Maths and English
- Recent Office 365, Excel, Word, Social-media and website manager experience in an office environment
- Qualification in office administration
- First aid certification
- GDPRr Certification/training
