Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for an Engineering Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Shropshire.
For the successful Engineering Team Leader our client is offering:
- Up to £58,000 per annum (DOE)
- 4 on 4 off shifts, inclusive of Days and Nights
- Permanent position

The Role - Engineering Team Leader:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and meet the company’s high standards.
- This role involves both hands-on engineering work and leadership responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, technical support, and performance feedback.
- Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader:
- Must hold a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
- Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
