Senior Quantity Surveyor

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing but established Central London based main contractor to work as the commercial lead on major projects with valuations north of £70 million. The business offers structured internal growth and a clear path for progression at all levels, and Seniors will have an active role in picking what projects are taken on as there is a clear focus on delivering quality rather than chasing turnover.

• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages.
• Overseeing a team of 5 Surveyors and Assistants.
• Managing Sub-Contractors.
• Site Meetings.

• Experience as commercial lead on projects valued over £70 million.
• Previously managed a team of Surveyors and Assistants.
• Experience with 2-Stage procurement, change management and CAT B fit-out.
• Construction related degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Base salary between £90,000 - £100,000 plus package.
