• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Effective communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
