Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour (dependent on experience and licenses held)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who also holds the relevant MHE licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
• Use MHE (PPT, Counterbalance, and Flexi/Bendi) to assist with stock movements, loading, and unloading when required.
• Input and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Generate and maintain reports on stock levels, deliveries, and dispatches.
• Ensure all relevant documentation for shipments and deliveries is accurately completed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Support warehouse staff with other general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse administrative role, preferably within a logistics or distribution environment.
• Valid MHE licenses (PPT, Counterbalance, and Flexi/Bendi).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay:

• £11.44 - £12.00 per hour, depending on experience and MHE licenses held.
