We are seeking a Project Analyst to provide a professional, effective and efficient project and administrative support to the newly created Project Management Office in the Culture, Leadership and Learning (CL&L) team.

We're seeking a proactive and professional individual who will be an ambassador ensuring the effective and efficient running of all programmes and projects within CL&L as well as being a specialist point of reference for all members of the wider team.

You will be joining our department during a period of significant change and transition. You must be adaptable, capable of managing multiple competing priorities, and able to respond positively to shifting deadlines. Confidence in analysing and interpreting complex data sets in addition to maintaining data quality, consistency and integrity across processes and systems is essential.

You will need to possess:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, coupled with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple projects across all stages of a project life cycle and adapt to the needs of a changing and diverse environment.
  • The ability to analyse and present complex data and technical documentation, translating to non-technical end users including individuals and large groups.
  • High degree of literacy, numeracy, deductive skills with keen attention to detail.

To develop programme and project documentation including risk and issue management, planning and reporting of a complex nature including use of templates, procedures and formal documentation to facilitate the operational and quality effectiveness of PPM processes, working across-functions for CL&L and wider project teams.

Gather, analyse and interpret complex operational performance data sets of CL&L interventions and translate into meaningful communications including calls to action.

Support the PPM Lead with the gathering and maintaining of data quality, consistency and integrity across the PPM processes and systems including coordinating analytical reports and dashboards.

To support the training and ongoing learning of new and existing CL&L colleagues in the use of PPM processes and systems relevant to their own areas of need.

Determine links to existing projects, identify interdependencies across projects/functions and potential impacts. Supporting project leads to manage their resources to ensure projects deliver required outputs/outcomes within given timescales.

Drive issues through to resolution in conjunction with key stakeholders by adopting a pro-active approach, chasing resolutions and progress and maintaining accurate records.

Working with the CL&L colleagues and the CUH Communications team to plan and deliver CL&L communications to ensure all staff are aware of and know how to access CL&L support and resources.
