Making and receiving calls
to Enforcement Agents and answering their questions and queries
Maintain and update a
Health and Safety log of incidents relating to Enforcement Agents and provide
this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
Resolve financial queries
on behalf of the Accounts Department such as late banking, chargebacks and none
updated Enforcement Agent payments
Undertake actions and
activities in relation to operational needs such as address cleansing, reviewing blocked cases, reviewing spotted vehicles, linking new accounts, generating reports, generating letters and vehicle removal requests etc
Co-ordinate any day to day
Business Administrator Level 3
through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the
workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will
be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group
Maths and English at
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, in difficult situations, work alone and as part of a team

The role is based in CDER Group’s office, locatedin Darlington working Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
TrainingBusiness Administrator Level 3
Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is deliveredthrough work based learning, this means that all training is done at the
workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will
be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group
teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
Qualifications requiredMaths and English at
grade 4 (C) or equivalent and above desirable.
Skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, in difficult situations, work alone and as part of a team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software systems
