Minimum Qualifications / Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Good critical thinking skills
- Organised and methodical with a great attention to detail
- A quick learner with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Highly motivated and responsible
- Ambitious, proactive, and a great team-player
- Exceptional admin skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft office package, particularly Excel
- Experience in Global Payroll or business services
- Excellent process design skills
- Experience managing transformation projects
- Experience developing and maintaining reliable process documentation
- Experience working with a global team
- Fluency in any additional languages
- A keen eye for commercials
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
You are responsible to the Operations Officer in the UK for the following:- Deliver above and beyond operational excellence in line with goals agreed in performance reviews
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing changes to optimise operations and create value for stakeholders
- Managing payments on an international payments platform, and producing reconciliations of client accounts
- Managing processes for respective country reporting & statutory filings as required for each client in conjunction with vendors
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and vendors

Job Type: Full-timePay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
