Your new company

You will be working for a growing advertising company in the heart of London. They have offices in the US as well as London and focus on visualisation and animation. They have a small finance team and are looking for someone to join their vibrant and bubbly team.

Your new role

You will be working as a Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant - 3 days a week with flexible hours.

Duties:

Invoice processing: Review, verify, and enter invoices.
Payments: Ensure timely vendor payments.
Reconciliation: Match transactions with statements.
Dispute resolution: Address billing discrepancies.
Recordkeeping: Maintain financial documents.
Reporting: Prepare AP financial reports.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a can-do approach to work and show initiative.

You will need to be able to get on with things and have good communication.

The role will be in the office initially, and then it will become a hybrid.
