Location: Gunnersbury Cemetery, Borough of Kensington, London
Hourly Rate: £13.85
Contract type: Seasonal (7 months fixed-term contract)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30-16:30
About the role
We're hiring two Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Operatives for the spring & summer season at Gunnersbury Cemetery in Kensington. Responsibilities include grass cutting (using ride-on and pedestrian mowers), strimming, pruning, weeding, litter picking, and other horticultural duties to maintain the cemetery grounds.Your role will ensure the grounds remain tidy, respectful, and well-kept for visitors.
Requirements- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
- A full valid UK driving license is an advantage.
- PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
