Residential Conveyancer - Caterham
A long-established law firm in north Surrey is recruiting a residential conveyancing fee-earner.
The work is a full range of residential conveyancing with a focus on local properties.
They have a strong administrative team, where each fee earner has a dedicated administrator.
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Help-to-buys
The ideal candidate must:
- Have 3+ years of experience managing a caseload independently
- Be able to manage client expectations well
- Be driven to provide high-quality work and service to clients
