Specialist Employment law practice based in the City which is highly ranked in the Legal500 and Chambers & Partners is looking to recruit a specialist employment lawyer to work on a caseload of employment law matters (probably mostly contentious but also some non-contentious matters).
This firm’s employment law practice work on a wide range of employment law matters, especially contentious matters, including:
- Contentious matters including breach of contract, dismissals, discrimination, harassment, pay disputes, avoiding litigation, redundancies, regulatory matters and breach of restrictive covenants
- Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation
- TUPE matters
- HR advice
- Employment Contracts and Policy documentation
The role will also involve taking an active part in business development.
