JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a well-established nursing home in Sidmouth, is actively seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their compassionate team in delivering exceptional nursing care to elderly residents.- Registered Nurse Adult RGN or Mental Health RMN
- Competitive £22.60 hourly rate, negotiable
- Full-time position: 44 hours per week
- Day shifts exclusively

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid nursing qualification – RGN or RMN - with an active NMC PIN
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Passionate about delivering top-notch elderly care
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of care
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare environment is essential
- Minimum of 6 months' nursing experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised care plans
- Motivating and coordinating the caregiving team to ensure excellence in care delivery
- Participating in the orientation and training of new staff members as required
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and secure medication records
- Providing unparalleled medical and palliative care consistently
