Working with specialist schools KS3, KS4 and KS5, who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to start on short and long-term contracts this September. These roles involve providing essential support to students with additional learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

With competitive day rates and you can be paid through PAYE or an umbrella company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Offering one-to-one or group support for students with additional learning needs
• Assisting lecturers in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Supporting students in achieving their learning goals and building independent learning skills
• Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a safe, engaging atmosphere

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience working in educational settings
• Are patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are committed to supporting students in their educational journey
