Based in Halesowen (Fully on-site)
M-F 8:00am till 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
£12.27 per hour
Temporary to permanent assignment - Interviews to be held ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice of our company, assisting our customers with their enquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborating with our engineering team to relay customer feedback and enhance our services.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Customer-Centric Attitude: You genuinely care about helping customers and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

- Previous Experience: While experience in customer service is a plus, a willingness to learn and adapt is what we value most!
