Manpower is seeking a dedicated caretaker for a public sector client. You'll ensure smooth operation and maintenance of facilities which includes internal painting.
Main Duties:
- Perform key holder duties
- Ensure premises cleanliness
- Assist with minor repairs and basic maintenance
- Undertake grounds maintenance tasks
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience in caretaking or as a handyperson and painting/decorating
- Basic maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Familiarity with moving and handling procedures.
- DBS check and satisfactory references required.
