ProCook is looking for Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our teams in our Cheshire Store!
We have a part-time position available (16hrs per week).
Your Recipe for Success:
As a Sales Advisor, you'll bring joy to our customers by helping them find the perfect kitchen essentials for their holiday feasts. With your enthusiasm, you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the right products for their culinary adventures.
A Typical Day at Work:
- Start by welcoming customers and helping them find exactly what they need.
- Provide excellent service and engage with customers to secure sales.
- Train on our products and customer service.
- Assist with maintaining store standards and help with general duties.
- End your day by prepping the store for another busy day of holiday shopping.
Daily Activities:
- Greet customers like they're guests at your own holiday party.
- Show off our kitchenware with the enthusiasm of a holiday cooking show host.
- Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and queries.
- Keep the store looking as festive and well-stocked as a Christmas display.
- Share your ideas for improvement to keep the store at its best.
- Make sure stock levels are well-managed.
- Help with any general store tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Loves helping customers and delivering great service with a smile.
- Retail experience in a similar position is needed.
- This is a key-holder position and you must be over 18 years old to be considered.
- Driven to meet sales targets and achieve personal goals.
- A team player with a positive, festive attitude.
- Good at listening and understanding customer needs.
- Friendly, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
