HR Business Partner

As an HRBP, you’ll partner closely with leaders to shape strategic initiatives, drive engagement, and empower the development of our people—all while championing Hilti’s core values.

What does the role involve?
Strategic Workforce Planning- Partner with leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals
- Provide expertise in organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to implement impactful people strategies
- Drive talent management through People Reviews and strategic succession planning
- Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in every aspect of your work
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier talent
- Deliver tangible impact by driving strategic initiatives in your areas of responsibility: retention, engagement, and performance
- Foster a high-performance culture via effective performance management practices
- Address complex employee relations providing expert guidance and conflict resolution
- Provide tailored coaching to elevate leaders and key talent, in a meaningful way
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and inform strategy
- Use engagement insights to shape positive advancements within teams
- Ensure DEI principles are integrated seamlessly into your client groups
What you need is:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a broad depth of experience across the whole employee life cycle
- A degree level education or equivalent experience (including CIPD qualification)
- A strong track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals in large, complex organisations
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data driven approach to decision-making
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a matrixed environment
