CHUNC MARKETING EXECUTIVE – Rotherwas, Hereford.

Committed to delivering excellent service we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to work as part of the commercial team, based in Hereford.

• Deliver all elements within the marketing mix: product, price, place and promotion.
• Brand management champion (adhering to topography and delivery of in all collateral).
• Undertake market research: existing customers, prospects, market and competitor landscape.
• Market trend analysis.
• Develop deeper insight into customer profiling: B2B, B2C, market segmentation.
• Campaign management, including deliver content strategy and editorial content.
• Support daily website maintenance.
• Manage all social media channels (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
• Collect and circulate positive PR from customer/influencer case studies/testimonials.
• Event management.
• Maintain and manage online listings/database management.
• Track and report digital analytics, ROI of campaigns.
• General understanding of Chunc product portfolio to support first line of support to customer queries, using defined protocols.

• Content marketing, copywriting.
• Social media management.
• Email marketing.
• Delivering impactful and measurable campaigns
• Planning, project management and eye for detail.
• Team player as well as able to work under own initiative.
• Technical: Canva/InDesign, SEO, SEM, HTML coding.
• Marketing qualification.

• Part time position.
• Hours are based on a 30-hour week, between Monday to Friday with half an hour each day for lunch. Working hours to be discussed at the interview stage. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

• Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
