Job Description
  • Greeting visitors, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintaining accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for professionals.
  • Maintaining business office inventory and supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Keeping information confidential and complying with legal regulations.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • You need to have strong experience with EMIS
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
