Assistant Manager - Children's Home

You will be assisting the Operations Manager with the set up of the new home. There will be a contractual agreement for you to take over registration as the Registered Manager after their first inspection.- Base salary of £60,000 with potential earnings up to £67,000

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager role will have:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on child welfare
- Understanding of therapeutic care models and their application
- Commitment to professional development and supporting team growth
