Job Description

As the Finance Assistant - Part Time, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the finance department, accountant, and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks
• Preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company
• Completing day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with the organisation's established policies and procedures
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Reconciling reports with financial plans and forecasts
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programmes, and procedures
• Performing other duties and tasks as required
