Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey through secondary school?
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team at a reputable client secondary school in Old Trafford starting in January. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning and development, and contributing to the overall positive learning environment of the school.
The successful applicant should be able to start in January, and be willing to commit to full-time hours until the end of the academic year (July 2025).
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with behaviour management and student welfare
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching materials
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with secondary school students is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for education and supporting student success
