Support Worker

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Providing emotional support and companionship to help clients navigate their challenges
• Encouraging and facilitating participation in social and recreational activities
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and changes in needs
• Advocating for clients' rights and preferences in their care and support services

Requirements
