Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-established local authority in Greater Manchester that requires a childcare lawyer to join them on a locum basis.
The role can allow for home-based working, although attendance is required once a week. As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be confident in handling your own caseload of care proceedings.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Handling a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children's matters
- Attending PLO and legal planning meetings
- Drafting legal documents, including statements and threshold agreements
