Waking Night Support Worker

Here at our Heysham service we are looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join our passionate staff team, providing quality person centered support to people with autism spectrum conditions and additional learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours.

Support Worker Duties:

  • Providing support, information and guidance to service users,
  • Maximising service user outcomes by encouraging personal development and independent living skills,
  • Empowering service users and promote their rights,
  • Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service,
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.

Previous experience is not required, as full training is provided. This position is ideal for people looking to develop both personally and professionally. You will have the choice to be paid weekly or monthly.
