Salary: £28,000 starting, with a development plan to progress to £32,000

Following a recent business restructure and merger, a leading organisation in the hearing technology sector is seeking a confident and relationship-driven Client Relationships Executive to join their expanding team in Chester.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales or account management who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role involves regular communication with senior stakeholders, independent business owners, and store managers, as well as developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and business owners

  • Maintain accurate records and client communications
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in sales or client relationship management
  • Strong B2B communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the audiology or healthcare sector is advantageous
