Van Driver / Production Operative – DAYS
Location: Kirkby in AshfieldHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver / Production Operative for a role based in Kirkby in Ashfield. This is an ongoing, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:- Van Driving Duties: Transport goods, materials, and products between locations in a company van, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Operating woodworking machinery and assisting in all aspects of manufacturing.
- Using air, power, and hand tools.
- Performing manual lifting and other general production duties as required.
- Ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
- Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy items and carry out physical tasks.
- Good time-management and organisational skills for managing both driving and production responsibilities.
