Mortgage Administrator (Part Time)
Basic salary to £35,000
Full time Office hours Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 5pm) The client is happy to disucss part time working hours around these core times.
Our client a highly successful directly authorised specialist mortgage brokerage are seeking to appoint an experienced mortgage administrator to work from their offices in Godalming.

Responsibilities:
Providing support to the advisors in the processing of applications
Keying accurate data to lenders and supplying relevant information to support lending decisions.
Assessing the validity of documents and organising them to a level where we have all the required paperwork to compliantly progress the case.
Manage a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment dealing with workflows and prioritising accordingly.
Booking appointments and managing the diary of the colleagues when requested.
Complete MI tracking and business case level monitoring.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 experience within mortgage administration, ideally with knowledge of BTL and or bridging but this is not essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent proof-reading skills.
A flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team.
Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Possess a strong eye for detail with commercial awareness of business requirements.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress.
